FAMILY-RUN · TWO FLORIDA STORES
We’re a family-run business, and it shows.
Family-run means more than who owns the business. It shows up in the way we care for our stores, the way we treat our customers, and the kind of clean, comfortable environment we want our own families to use.

Two stores, one standard.
Lighthouse Laundry in St. Augustine and Bayshore Coin + Laundry in Jacksonville are both family-run, community-focused laundromats built around the same standard: clean stores, dependable machines, and a comfortable place for families to get laundry done.
Lighthouse Laundry on Anastasia Boulevard is our St. Augustine location. It’s coin-operated, with rolled quarters available at the counter by credit or debit card, and it’s also home to our pickup and delivery service.

Bayshore Coin + Laundry on Atlantic Boulevard serves Jacksonville with the same full-service approach, plus the option to pay by card, coin or a reloadable laundry card. With later hours, it’s built to work around your schedule.

Different locations, slightly different setups. The standard stays the same: a clean, well-kept laundromat, dependable equipment, and people who actually care how the place is run.
MEET THE OWNER
Clark Roberts
Owner · Lighthouse Laundry and Bayshore Coin + Laundry

Clark bought Lighthouse Laundry a little over four years ago and added Bayshore Coin + Laundry two years ago. He went in with two goals: to build a family-run business with his four children, and to create a path toward retiring from his corporate job.

Today the stores aren't just places to do laundry. They're a family project, built with a lot of hard work. Alongside him through all of it is his wife, Yvonne.
If you see Clark walking around, be sure to say hello. He loves getting to know the locals who make this place possible.

meet your management team
Ashley & Justin
The two people working behind the scenes to keep both stores running. Married ten years, raising four children, and now partners in business as well as in life.
More than a management team.
Ashley's favorite thing about working alongside Justin is knowing that whatever comes up, he's right there beside her. They have very different roles, but they complement each other and keep everything moving forward.

Between the machines, new ideas, problem-solving, four kids and the occasional question of where one more laundry order is going to go, life stays busy. When they aren't working, you'll most likely find them at the beach or making memories with family.
Justin
Maintenance Manager
Justin keeps the machines running and the stores in working order. He also handles most of the upgrades and improvements, always looking for ways to make the stores better, more efficient and more functional for customers and staff alike.

That includes finding creative solutions for an ever-growing mountain of laundry orders. The back of house always needs more storage, so Justin is always working on ways to expand it and keep everything organized. Even on his days off, you'll often find him at one of the stores fixing a machine or helping wherever he's needed.

Ashley
General Manager & Head of Marketing
Ashley oversees day-to-day operations at both stores, while also handling the marketing, social media, promotions, the website and all the little details that help the businesses grow.

She didn't start there. Ashley began as a laundry attendant and, through a lot of hard work, dedication and plenty of learning along the way, worked her way into the role she has today.

What we hold ourselves to
The same four things, at both stores, every day we're open.
Simple to use
Clear instructions on every machine and an easy way to pay at each store. Simplicity is key.
A bit of fun
Its the little things. Clean carts, a tidy folding counter and a joke of the week on the board.
Clean, always
We make sure to keep the machines maintained, floors dry, and the surfaces wiped at all times.
Well-lit and safe
Bright, air-conditioned and covered by cameras. Doing laundry should never feel like a risk.
