2. Pick a window
A day and a two-hour slot. Leave the bag where you tell us to look.
3. We weigh and wash
You get a text with the weight and total before we run the load.
4. On your doorstep

SET IT UP ONCE
A card on file, then you stop thinking about it.
Pickup and delivery needs a card saved to your account. Nothing is charged when you schedule. We weigh your bags, finish the order, and only then is the card charged, with a notification showing the weight and the total. You're billed on actual weight, not an estimate.

Which addresses can you reach?
Pickup and delivery runs out of our St. Augustine store and covers the 32080, 32084 and 32086 ZIP codes. Use the checker above before you schedule.
Do I have to be home?
No. Tell us where to look for the bag and where to leave it coming back. Add a gate code if we need one.
When does it come back?
Call the store and we'll tell you what's possible.
How do I know what it'll cost?
We weigh your bags at the store and send you the weight and total before we run the load. You're billed on actual weight.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. 30 lbs for wash, dry + bag, and 20 lbs for both wash, dry + fold and premium.
Which days do you pick up?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Pick your day and window when you schedule.
Do you need my card up front?
We need a card saved to your account before your first pickup, but nothing is charged when you schedule. The card is charged once your order is complete.
Can Bayshore do this?
Not right now. Pickup and delivery is a Lighthouse service. At Bayshore, bring your laundry in to the counter.
